| The next few months of construction activities will involve metal framing of the superstructures. During this phase of construction the building will take shape and be noticeably visible from the street. The project will take shape and continue to grow in height and mass. The next few months of construction will involve the framing of the metal superstructure, and installation of all the mechanical elements within the walls of the structure. The scheduled substantial completion of the project is late August 2006.
January 2006
Continue metal framing of the condominium superstructures. Work on 2nd level of framing above the podium along with related electrical, fire sprinklers, mechanical and plumbing.
February 2006
Continue metal framing of 3rd level of the condominium superstructure and related electrical, fire sprinklers, mechanical and plumbing.
March 2006
Continue metal framing of 4th level of the condominium superstructure and related electrical, fire sprinklers, mechanical and plumbing.
April 2006
Complete framing and rough-in of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire sprinklers on units facing 2nd Street and continue framing and rough-in of the condominiums units facing 3rd Street.
Scheduled Project completion 4th quarter of 2006. |
